Our Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is there to provide information about the type of information we collect, how we use it and how its kept. We regularly look at our privacy policy and update it to reflect company changes.

When you provide us with your personal information through  our website or provide us with information during inspections , Pharmaspot Inspection Services is the data controller for information you share with us. This means we decide how to use it and are responsible for protecting it in accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulations and other associated data protection laws.

          

During our inspections we will take pictures of evidence that we gather. Consent will be asked from individual staff if applicable and it will be explained why the data is required. We do not take pictures of staff faces during inspections. As a company we keep picture evidence but of non- confidential matter for training purposes. Any training evidence we gather during inspection rounds will not contain the company name, staff names or any any identifiable information. If the evidence  we want to capture has confidential information we will take the necessary measures to ensure that confidential information is not reflecting.

Inspection reports may contain staff identifiable information which will be passed to the companies. Full inspection reports will be obtained  and shared with the company involved only. Inspection reports will not be passed to any third parties. Our company keeps inspection reports for two years for audit purposes.
